Video: What is Next for Claudine Gay, Neri Oxman and Academia?
Back in December, I quietly began posting to my YouTube channel again. Though I don’t consider myself a YouTuber and it certainly won’t be my main focus, it’s been a great way to reach a new audience and talk about the issues in a different format.
Last week, I posted a video based on my article entitled “What is Next for Claudine Gay, Neri Oxman and Academia“. The article and video examine the pair of recent plagiarism scandals and what they likely mean for academia moving forward.
My current plan is to post videos weekly, likely on Monday, and then share the videos here on Fridays, when I don’t have a regular post. However, if you want to get the videos as they come out, the easy thing to do is subscribe to the channel and enable notifications so you’ll be alerted as they come up.
In the meantime, you can check out videos I made regarding the hbomberguy plagiarism video, the 5 Dumbest Copyright Stories of 2023 and the recent Wizards of the Coast AI debacle.
To be clear, this return is still very early in the works and both the video format and timings are likely to change. So, if you have any suggestions, please leave a comment or send me an email here.
Thank you all in advance and I’ll see you on YouTube (as well as here)!
