H3H3 Lawsuit Update: FAQs #1

With the recent flurry of activity in the H3H3 lawsuit, I was asked some really good questions about the case and related ones that I decided to tackle in a separate video.

Those questions include:

• Does the fact H3H3 moved back to Los Angeles change the jurisdiction in the case?
• What would happen if one of the parties had been Canadian?
• What does the hatemail have to do with the defamation claims?
• Where does the information come from?

While lawyers and legal experts will probably find these questions and answers a bit simple, those who are interested in the case and some of the legal questions around it may want a primer.
