Eps 205 – No Takebacks
It is Friday again and that means that it is time for another episode of the Copyright 2.0 Show.
The dog days of summer are finally starting to set in (a bit late this year) but there’s still lot going on along the copyright front. Not only did ICE just score a major victory over its domain seizures but so did Zynga in its battle against Vostu. Two more well-known musicians got sued while another found a creative way to use unauthorized YouTube videos of their music.
All in all, this is an episode that you do not want to miss!
This week’s stories include:
- Rojadirecta Loses Bid to Get Domain Returned
- Zynga Gets Injunction Against Vostu, Also Sues Google
- Perfect 10 Loses Again
- Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne Sued Separately
- Blink 182 Remixes the Remixers
