Copyright News Links 10-11-08

By Jonathan Bailey • Oct 11th, 2008 • Category: Articles, Linkblog

It was a very busy week for copyright news this week. With updates on the DMCA exemptions, the Real/MPAA Saga and the bittorrent site Textbook Torrents, it was an important week’s worth of events. There’s also global news with updates from Canada, Europe and beyond.

However, there are a lot of other great copyright stories including several candidates for “Weird Story of the Week”.

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
