Copyright News Links 09-13-08

spore-logo.jpgThis week’s linkroll finally marks something close to a return to normal. Not only was I here the whole time to create what one would consider a normal linkroll.

Speaking of which, we have a lot of major stories this week including a controversy over Spore’s DRM scheme, the Church of Scientology files 4000 controversial DMCA notices, OINK uploaders are finally charged, the Harry Potter trial comes to an end and Apple/NBC finally kiss and make up.

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
