Copyright 2.0 Show – Episode 58
By Jonathan Bailey • May 12th, 2008 • Category: Podcast
It is Monday again and that means that it is time for another episode of the Copyright 2.0 Show.
It was another hectic week for copyright news with a slew of news stories about Bittorrent trackers including ISOHunt, The Pirate Bay, TorrentSpy and even Torrent.is. We also have updates on the Viacom/Google saga as well as our usual assortment of strange copyright stories.
All in all, there were sixteen stories this week including news from all over the copyright world including both an update regarding the Irate Gamer and the authors of malware.
So, to help me sense of it all, I sat down with Chris Matthieu from Numly and we tore through the week’s copyright happenings with our usual mix of news, views and abuse.
This week’s stories include:
- MPAA Scores a Major Win
- As Does Torrent.is
- Google Vows to Fight to the End
- Happy Birthday May Be Free
- Dr. Who Battles Knitters
- And Many more…
