With the fallout from the Aereo still being felt we have our first test case of someone trying to apply the ruling to a different lawsuit. Unfortunately for Fox, it didn’t go exactly as planned.
Speaking of the Supreme Court, we also have more news on the Jack Kirby copyright termination case. We also have a new lawsuit against Seth MacFarlane over the movie “Ted”, a copyright dispute featuring Greenpeace and one of their protest videos on YouTube and SoundCloud striking a controversial deal to put some of its copyright worries behind it.
We then return to Aereo who moves forward with their plan “B” following their Supreme Court defeat and we get the final word on one man and his ill-fated efforts to sell replica “Oscar” statuettes.
