1: YouTuber CerosTV Accuses Ludwig of Copyright Striking His Video on Mang0 Controversy 7 Times

First off today, Atharv Kapoor at Sportskeeda reports that YouTuber Ceros Whaley (CerosTV) has accused fellow creator Ludwig Ahgren of copyright striking smaller creators, including himself, for discussing a recent controversy.

Ahgren recently hosted an event entitled Beerio Kart, where streamers drank and played Mario Kart. One of the people invited was esports professional Mang0. Despite Mang0 having well-known issues with alcohol, streamers claim that Ludwig encouraged him to drink excessively and, as a result, he engaged in disruptive behavior on several streams.

According to Whaley, he has uploaded several videos about the controversy, but Ahgren has repeatedly used the copyright system to get them removed. This is despite the fact that he only included clips and was attempting to cover the ongoing controversy.

2: Official EU Website Exploited to Advertise Shady IPTV Services

Next up today, Ernesto Van der Sar at Torrentfreak writes that the European Commission’s Eurostat website was exploited to promote illegal IPTV services. However, it is unclear how the exploit occurred.

The site does host content related to piracy services. However, the content usually focuses on the EU’s Counterfeit and Piracy Watch List. However, a PDF uploaded to the site gained traction with search engines by promoting the “best” services for illegal streaming.

To make matters worse, various AI systems, including Google’s, were fooled by the PDF and took it as a recommendation from the EU Commission. As such, AI-generated lists of the “best” IPTV services included the ones in the PDF.

3: Peshay’s 1996 Studio Set Restored to YouTube Following Copyright Dispute

Finally, today, Marissa Cetin from DJ Mag reports that Peshay’s iconic 1996 Studio Set is back on YouTube following a prolonged copyright dispute over it.

Peshay is a drum and bass DJ from the UK. Several versions of the set have been uploaded to YouTube, including a 2025 remastered version and a fan-uploaded mix from 2018. However, many of those versions have been removed from YouTube following alleged “wrongful copyright claims” by Dice Ryu Sykes, the operator of Ninj Yang Productions channel.

According to Peshay, Sykes is claiming ownership of one of the songs from the set and has been using it to get versions of the set removed. Pershay has said that he has managed to get the set restored, but that the fight is not over. He notes that Sykes still holds an active copyright registration for the son,g and other takedowns may still be incoming.
