3: TikTok Takes Down Vietnamese Channels Providing IELTS Study Tips Over Copyright Claims
Finally, today, Phong Ngo at VN Express International reports that TikTok has removed several channels that provided study tips for the IELTS test, citing copyright infringement claims.
The IELTS is an international test that examines proficiency in the English language. Many colleges use the IELTS as an admissions factor for international students. Now, several TikTokers who provided study aids for the test have had their channels taken down.
Though copyright claims appear to be the cause, it is unclear who filed the complaints and what the alleged infringement was.
