Guest Post: Why Aereo Should Lose and Why it Doesn’t Matter for the Cloud

Aereo LogoFriend and fellow New Orleanian Devlin Hartline, who writes the excellent Law Theories blog and often cross-posts to Copyhype, has been very passionate about the Aereo case and has already written one great breakdown of it.

However, this week he posted an analysis of the legal issues in the case and why he feels that Aereo, when the case is heard before the Supreme Court, should emerge the loser.
