It's a wild week for the Copyright 2.0 Show as I record live from Dallas after giving my presentation at WordCamp.

It’s a special episode of the Copyright 2.0 Show. Not only does the show turn 1 year old with this release, but I record live from Dallas after giving my presentation at WordCamp Dallas

So, to help me through the bad wifi and sleep deprivation, I sat down with Chris Matthieu from Numly and we tore through the week’s copyright happenings with our usual mix of news, views and abuse.

This week’s stories include:

Comcast and Bittorrent Work Together

Torrentspy Goes Bye-Bye

Torrent.is Scores a Major Win

Sony BMG Looks to Subscriptions

World of Warcraft Fights a Copyright Battle

And Many more…

You can download the MP3 file here (direct download). Those interested in subscribing to the show can do so via this feed.

It was a busier week for WordPress news but the biggest story was the one that didn’t happen. We were braced for the release of the new version, 2.5, on March 10 but the release has been delayed until closer to the end of the month.

You can listen to the podcast by visiting here.

We look forward to returning soon with another episode focused back on WordPress itself and the tools that make it so useful!

It was another slow week for WordPress news on the Web but much of the episode focused on my work here, dealing with plagiarism and content theft. It might be a bit bare-bones for readers of this site but still should be a good listen for anyone interested in these topics.
