He graciously sat down with us for the first thirty minutes and told us about the book and about managing legal and copyright issues when dealing with online communities.

In addition to that, we had a shortened version of the news, 12 stories in all. including news about J.K. Rowling, The Pirate Bay and even Yoko Ono.

We also have several new revelations from The Pirate Bay, including a new blogging service and new information about their case in Sweden, a plagiarism scandal at Lonely Planet and a duel between Yoko Ono and the movie “Expelled”.

Finally, in weird copyright news, we have an update to our story about the “plagiarizing” chef and a case where the RIAA sued a homeless man for infringement.
