It has been another busy week for copyright news with over thirty stories making the linkroll including updates to many of the biggest copyright stories on the Web as well as more than a few odd/strange ones too.

It was an unusually busy week for copyright news with over 30 stories making their way into the linkroll. This week, we get new thoughts and opinions on the Viacom lawsuit, the most pirated shows on the Web, the Yoko Ono/Ben Stein dispute and a budding class action lawsuit against Comcast for its traffic throttling.

In more traditional news, we see the PRO-IP act making progress through Congress, other copyright holders joining up to sue YouTube and Google, advice for businesses facing allegations of infringement and a look back at The Pirate Bay raid, two years to the day after it happened.

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
