Apple is suing the maker of a Mac clone, YouTube and Viacom reached a deal to protect user privacy and the folks a Blizzard conjured up a copyright ruling that has left many scratching their heads.

In other news, eBay won out over Tiffany in their long-running dispute, Mahalo Daily gets suspended from YouTube (don’t worry, they’re back now) and the “I’m a Jerk” defense finally makes its way into a bittorrent legal dispute.
