Yesterday my good friend DB Ferguson over at No Fact Zone, a wonderful fan blog for The Colbert Report and Stephen Colbert, asked me to do a write-up on the latest news in the Viacom v. Google lawsuit.

It’s a lengthy article that covers the case pretty much from the beginning until the most recent unsealing of the various documents related to the summary judgement motions.
