		<description>Filing a DMCA with the webhost is usually my LAST choice. Most never give a courtesy response. Some do actually remove infringing content but in some cases I&#039;ve had to pursue the host for 18 months. (They said they did remove the content after the first two noticed I filed, but the client keeps putting it back up ... which I would think would be when they just terminate their account._ </description>
