Basically, you don't have to do anything from a license standpoint to block copying. The default copyright license is "all rights reserved" which basically means no copying is allowed (outside of fair use).

I would just have a regular copyright statement and "All Rights Reserved" if that's what you want...

Am using blogger and I want something that doesn't allow copying too. i've tried creativecommons, but even at 3.0 Unported Licence, it allows to share. Do you know something that may help me?

Google shouldn't block your blog unless they receive a copyright complaint, which shouldn't happen without the copyright holder making a complaint, which shouldn't happen as you have permission.

However, Google may decide that your site is duplicate content and reduce its ranking in the search engines, at least for that one page, but it won't outright block your site.

Which one do you want information on? The first two are just edits to your theme, the third and fourth simply requires a registration and the last you can read how to do here:http://obscuredclarity.blogspot.com/2009/02/add.....You can do it, but you have to add the text to every post on the site as well. Hope this helps!
