I just discovered your site and totally empathize with you. Thanks for setting up PT to help others in the same situation.I'm a Bangkok-based consultant whose work for a UN agency on organic agriculture was plagiarized by none other than the Director of Thailand's National Innvoation Agency, who went on to use my entire report content in his PhD thesis at Thailand's elite Chulalongkorn University. 18 months after my original complaint to the Univ President, my 20+ letters to the Uni have gone answered, and despite a recent expose in the national media (Bangkok Post, 7 June 09) no action ahs been taken. I' ve been sued unsucessfully for defamation, and everyone, it seems, is trying to bury the issue- most abhorrently, the very custodians of academic integrity who are supposed to prevent this kind of corruption.
