		<description>The ASCAP is crazy!  Even I would assume ringtones are in fair use.  Most people do not let their phones ring and ring and ring in public and even if they do, most phones won&#039;t use a ringtone that&#039;s larger than 30 seconds and/or a certain file size so often times the song isn&#039;t even distinguishable by people who are around, if they&#039;re even paying attention! </description>
