		<description>As much as I dislike Sarah Palin, this doesn&#039;t seem much like plagiarism to me. The example you shared falls flat. Paraphrasing -- especially when mentioning the original author several times in the speech -- isn&#039;t nearly as blatant as lifting entire sentence and paragraphs virtually word for word (as Dowd and others clearly did). </description>
