Copyright News Links – 01-10-09

itunes-8-logoIt has been a very a very active week for copyright news with lots of new cases and updates to old ones.

First, we have one of the biggest DRM stories in history, a lawsuit and makeup between Power.com and Facebook, an update to the Bratz case and a humorous project to build “Pirate Prisons” and much more.

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
