One thing you may be wrong about is the RIAA strategy change.  According to Ray Beckerman (and a bunch of sources), new litigation continues to be filed and there are no agreements in place with any ISP&#039;s, as they&#039;ve claimed.
However, they did *announce* it... and it might put you down to .500, so I suppose we shouldn&#039;t split hairs at this point.  ;)
