We have some very serious catching up to do. With my trip to the Netherlands over with we have not one but two weeks worth of links to go through and did a lot ever happen.
We have conclusions to the DMCA Coupon case as well as the Dead Rising case. We have more momentum toward an ending on the Google Book Search suit and a big new lawsuit against Vuze, Limewire and even the open source project host, Sourceforge.
Also, there are a lot of other great humorous copyright stories including several candidates for “Weird Story of the Week”.
