Copyright News Links 09-27-08

It was a bad week for the RIAA this week. They’ve suffered setbacks in terms of arguments, damages, legislation and lobbying. It’s been a tough time for them.

However, there are a lot of other great copyright stories including several candidates for “Weird Story of the Week” We also have updates on some of the video game-related stories we covered last week including the Spore DRM debacle and the God of War Lawsuit

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
