Weekend Linkroll – 06-21-08

By Jonathan Bailey • Jun 21st, 2008 • Category: Articles, Linkblog

Kid Rock LogoAs you are reading this, I will likely be on a plane heading to England. However, the week or relative idleness for PT did not equate a slow week for copyright news, there was a slew of stories including the AP/Drudge Retort controversy, Kid Rock abandoning iTunes and MPAA taking a stand against DVRs.

In other copyright news, France comes a little bit closer to its “three strikes” policy on illegal downloads, the RIAA drops another case and both Coldplay and a prominent UK psychiatrist face plagiarism scandals.

Remember, as usual, this week’s linkroll is a “raw” link list. Some stories are duplicated, some do not point to their original sources and some may not be accurate. A great deal of refining goes into producing the show notes for the Copyright 2.0 Show.
