One thing I pulled away from the YouTomb site though is that takedowns are not as common as I thought. There have only been about 4000 takedowns out of hundreds of thousands of videos. A rough guess would say that about 2% of all videos result in a takedown.

That sounds like a lot and I guess it is more than on other hosts, but compare that to the percent that COULD be considered for takedown.

I was actually surprised at how low the number was.

Anyway, if Youtube takes down any of my videos or even suspends my channel it’s to big deal to me anymore. Not only am I addicted to Youtube, but there’s too much drama that goes on over there.
