It has been another big week for copyright news. The Church of Scientology gets a taste of its own medicine, Time Warner tries out a new payment plan designed to deter downloading and a forest leveled all in the name of attacking The Pirate Bay.

What you say is shocking. I did not know that this was the situation. I thought that these guys were simply harmless nuts. Where can I get more actual information? Their website does not offer much.
RS: My non-professional opinion of Scientology is one of great concern. Looking over the history of scientology and how they've hurt people, both members and detractors, bled people dry financially and even been responsible for at least a pair of deaths, I genuinely worry about the faith and those who are in it.Poking fun as Scientology is both deserved and fun, but there are a lot of people that are very seriously hurt by this organization. I guess, in a strange way, I hope that by making fun of and belittling the organization we can prevent good people from getting caught up in it and help people. It is a strange situation where humor might save lives. Strange thought isn't it?
