		<description>One quick point of clarificationl.  We do not charge a fee when credits are withdrawn, unless you opt to receive a physical check vs. using Paypal.  We only charge a fee to people purchasing credits in the system.  So, as an author if you price a work at $10 - you&#039;ll receive $10.  However, the buyer will pay $11 for 10 credits into the system to be able to provide you with the $10.</description>
