It’s Monday and that means that it is time for another episode of the Copyright 2.0 Show. Once again I team up with Chris Matthieu from Numly to bring to you the latest in copyright news as it relates to the Web as well as more general information on copyright law itself.
This week we delve into the complicated issue of fair use as well as discuss the recent happenings on the Web, including Yahoo! Flickr Photo Controversy as well as other breaking copyright news.
Some great news with this podcast, I have a new mic and headset so the podcast should be many times clearer now. Also, this episode is a little bit longer than previous ones, running about an hour in length.
Finally, to update those who have been following my move, I am set up in the new house, my home office has been assembled (somewhat) and I should be slowly returning to normal posting habits this week. You can download the MP3 file here. Those interested in subscribing to the show can do so via this feed.
However, it was rather amusing to record the podcast while sitting on the floor waiting for my furniture. Hopefully I won’t be repeating that any time soon.

Ciarán,
Definitely! I’ve updated the article to include a link to the feed. But here it is again:

Since the show actually goes up sometime Sunday afternoon most weeks, this is the fastest way to get it!

Hi,
Any chance of an RSS feed just for the Podcast?
