I am glad that I landed on this site. Better late than never.

I have been exploring the legal issues in the perspective of internet and I was surprised that it is a niche in itself.

There are no old topics on this site, most of these issues are just as valid today as when they were posted, this one more than most. No need to apologize.

I had read Sion’s article and thought about writing something about it at my blog. I did agree to most of it that he wrote about. Because, I felt a kind of ‘kin-ship’ with him. I write and do artwork.

But that was not my day job, and hence, I found that I was missing something.

You hit on the head of the nail, when you said that you were not an established writer. I too am not an established writer/artist.

Your extrapolation of this issue, gives me the missing perspective.
