		<description>I would like to correct you when you say &quot;a DMCA notice is acceptable in the EU&quot;. I am not sure about the rest of the EU, but in the UK the law states the English language can not be copyrighted.  
Americans do tend to forget the English language is over 1500 years old and is the second most spoken language in the world. So it is very unlikely that anything you write is unique. </description>

		<description>thanks a lot for the very useful info.  Following your instructions I helped a friend (a model), somebody registered a website with her name and with her photos. After the DMCA everything was deleted :) </description>
